We ask you to read through the terms and conditions that apply when you shop at Helgeland Junior Bridge Club. When you use Helgeland Juniorbridge’s services, it also means that you accept and accept our current terms.
1. Registration
To gain access to the auction / purchase at Helgeland Juniorbridge Club, you must be a registered user, as a private person. This is to ensure security around payment and collection. Registration is free and without obligation for you. By filling out the registration form, you confirm that you have provided correct information about yourself. If the information you have provided is incorrect or changes in the future, you are obliged to inform Helgeland Juniorbridge Club with correct information by changing your profile under My account.
Your account becomes active after a manual verification and approval of your information. You will receive an email as soon as the account is activated. The information will be stored securely and will not be available to unauthorized persons. Once you have read the terms and conditions, accepted them, and registered, you will be able to place bids for products at Helgeland Juniorbridge Club.
This is a safety feature for you, and should be used every time you use Helgeland Junior Bridge Club. You decide your username and password when you register.
Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and have the right to enter into legally binding agreements can shop at Helgeland Junior Bridge Club. Bids submitted are binding. False order placement or bidding will be reported to the police. Attempts at fraud, forgery of documents and other criminal activities will be prosecuted.
2. Auction Rules
- Binding bids
All bids submitted in all types of auctions are legally binding. This means that the placement of a bid via your account with Helgeland Juniorbridge Club (made either by you or others who manage your account) can not be revoked from the auction after it has been submitted. If your bid is winning, an agreement is considered to have been agreed upon between you and the seller when the auction closes. - Decline bid
The seller has the right to reject any winning bid. - Closing of auctions
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club reserves the right to close the sale at certain times. - Shut out unserious users
Helgeland Juniorbridgeklubb reserves the right to exclude junk users, delete auctions, and delete bids. - Payment
Payment must be done within 3 days after the end of the auction, by bank transfer or paypal. You will receive the details after the auction. - Settlement
Helgeland Juniorbridgeklubb processes the entire settlement process with invoice sending. - Shipping and Pickup
The buyer must pay for all expenses related to delivery and shipping. This also applies in the event of cancellation of the purchase. When the purchase price has been registered and paid at Helgeland Junior Bridge Club, the bidder is obliged to make an appointment with the seller for the bidder’s takeover of the object. From the agreed takeover date, the bidder has the risk for the object, and must from this point onwards provide insurance or something else to prevent losses. If the item is not picked up within 20 days after the invoice date, the agreement is considered terminated and the seller is free to resell the item or dispose of it in another way. In these cases, the buyer has no right to demand repayment of the bid amount or costs. - Selling costs
The selling costs are added to the size of the winning bid. The size of the selling cost is determined by a percentage that is announced in advance of the bidding. If the seller can not deliver the product described in the auction, it is the seller who reimburses the sales costs to the buyer, in addition to the actual purchase price. You acknowledge and agree that Helgeland Junior Bridge Club is from time to time entitled to change the percentage that forms the basis for calculating the sales costs, provided that this rate is clearly stated at the time the auction is held. - VAT
Minimum prices and bids are presented excluding VAT. 25% VAT is added. Vehicles that are covered by Stortingets decision on re-registration fee and have been registered in Norway are not subject to VAT, and are thus sold without VAT. - Bid cooperation
Cooperation that restricts competition is not permitted, cf. Competition Act, Chapter 3 §10. - Start price
All auctions have a starting price. All bids placed after the start of the auction must be higher than or equal to the starting price. It is the seller who decides the starting price. - Auction start/end
It is the seller who decides the start and end time for all auctions.
If bids are placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will automatically be extended by 15 minutes. - Bid increase
All auctions have a defined bid increase. The size of the bid submitted must always be the minimum bid increase greater than the bid you bid on. It is the seller who decides the size of the bid increase. - Autobid
You can enter auto bids. It is submitted in the usual way as an ordinary bid. Then your bid automatically increases up to the amount you have placed, or the bidding round stops. If no one else places more bids, yours is the highest. - Currency

You can bid on several objects, but if you win more than one, you have to find partner(s) for all of your objects.
3. Helgeland Juniorbridgeklubb’s role
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club can not be held responsible for the construction of or the products offered for sale or delivery by the seller. Helgeland Juniorbridge Club has no control over, or responsibility for, the quality, safety, or legality of products that are the subject of such auctions. The seller, on the other hand, is obliged to deliver a product in the condition described in the auction. Helgeland Juniorbridge Club itself is not a party to any of the auctions and offers only the technical possibilities, and a marketplace, where these auctions can be conducted.
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club reserves the right to close auctions before they close, to extend auctions, to cancel or revoke descriptions, where we have compelling legal or technical reasons for doing so (including technical issues experienced by Helgeland Juniorbridge Club, a seller or online ). To the extent practicable, we will give a reasonable advance warning regarding measures as mentioned above that are intended to be implemented by Helgeland Junior Bridge Club. There may also be cases where this online service becomes unavailable, either on a planned or unplanned basis. You declare that Helgeland Juniorbridge Club is not bound by contract law (or in any other way) or needs to offer or make available to you any of the auctions, or any other online service.
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club reserves the right to suspend or close the account and to suspend or close any auction associated with such account to a member who defaults, or who to us appears to permanently or materially breach this agreement, including including submission of false registration information or other abuse of the marketplace Helgeland Juniorbridge Club. A person whose account is suspended or terminated by Helgeland Juniorbridge Club can not re-register for use of the marketplace Helgeland Juniorbridge Club without our prior consent. In the event of misuse, Helgeland Juniorbridge Club reserves the right to store data associated with the closed / suspended account, for internal use. Helgeland Junior Bridge Club points out that attempts at illegal activity and misuse of our services on our website may be handed over to the police in criminal cases for legal follow-up.
Helgeland Junior Bridge Club points out that an online auction of used products is not covered by the Right of Withdrawal Act. There is thus no right of withdrawal.
4. Helgeland Juniorbridgeklubbs responsibility
To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, you waive any claim against Helgeland Juniorbridge Club, its representatives and employees that may arise in connection with or in connection with any auction, including (but not limited to) any claim or demand in connection with the description of the item for sale , bids, incomplete or completed transactions, or products offered through or in connection with any auction.
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club is not responsible for non-implementation of obligations under this agreement, if this is due to circumstances beyond Helgeland Juniorbridge control.
We are not liable to you or any third party for indirect or other consequential damages or losses, or for any loss of data, profit, income, dividends or sales, regardless of how the damage or loss occurred (whether the damage or loss is due to negligence or breach on this agreement or has happened in another way).
You agree to hold not Helgeland Juniorbridge Club liable for any claims or expenses that may arise as a result of breach of this agreement by you or through your Helgeland Junior Bridge Club account.
5. Privacy and data processing
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club only forwards payment data registered with us to the seller for the auctions where you are the bid winner.
By accepting the terms of Helgeland Junior Bridge Club, you have given permission for Helgeland Junior Bridge Club to use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Helgeland Juniorbridge Club is responsible for all personal information you provide, or which we receive when you place a bid or visit our marketplace. Helgeland Juniorbridge Club will under no circumstances transfer the handed out personal details, or other information about customers at Helgeland Juniorbridge Club, to a third party. By registering with Helgeland Juniorbridge Club, you give the company permission to use your e-mail address to send marketing about the company and auctions. However, you can make a reservation against this on the registration form. Upon request, you have the right to be informed of what information we have registered about you, and to demand that it be deleted. In that case, contact our email
6. Rules & Regulations
All legal matters between the parties involved and Helgeland Junior Bridge Club shall be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law.
7. Other
In the event that any provision of the present agreement should prove to be invalid or unenforceable due to a court order or judgment, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall continue to be considered valid and enforceable.
