Here you'll find our most frequently asked questions.

You can see all registered bids for the individual auction item. Bidder is displayed with registered name.

If you are outbid on an item, you will receive an e-mail from us with information about which item you have been outbid on.

  1. Did you click on the link in the message you received after registration? (The link is displayed as an image to the right of the email.) If your spam filter has removed this, you must click on the text where the image was to activate your account. Then you are ready to log in.
  2. Did you register with the wrong e-mail address? The correct email address is important, if it is incorrect you will not receive the message to activate your account.
  3. Forgot your password? Click on forgotten password to generate a new temporary password.
  4. I’ve done everything right but still do not get in? If you have provided incorrect and or incomplete information, your account may have been blocked. If you want it reopened send us an email with the correct information.

Payment / Settlement: If you receive the contract, you must pay: Your bid + Sales costs + VAT. This applies to all items except: used vehicles (sale of these is exempt from VAT).

Yes, registered users can place bids once they are logged in.
